Our software solution hausmanager 2.0 is the ideal tool for the technical facility management of buildings. hausmanager 2.0 helps you to professionally monitor the condition of properties and facilities, process reported defects and repair works, and organise your technical staff efficiently.

hausmanager, our CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) solution for your building management, combines all of the following important functions: calendar for monitoring legal maintenance and inspection periods (inspection & maintenance plans), ticket system for recording and processing reported defects, inventory and equipment management, input of meter readings, document management, and mobile access for technicians and owners.

App for technician/handyman

Employees on-site can view, process and complete all tasks allocated to them. The off-line function guarantees access to the system even when working in basements, underground car parks or other places with a poor connection. Completion times, photographs, materials, notes and also signatures can be entered for each task. Meter readings and inventory data can easily be entered into the system on-site. Our programme supports all modern operating systems: Windows phone, Android, IOS.

Tasks

All tasks for the respective properties are planned and organized with the main programme. You can create a recurring series of fixed deadlines per task type and if required a unique task (repair work, extra cleaning, building work, etc.) can be added to the person in charge. The tasks are displayed as a list and calendar view. To gain a clear overview you can change the view and analyse the information sorted by person in charge, companies, task type, status, or individual attributes. All outputs are in PDF and Excel format.

Document management

Contracts, floor plans, images, product data sheets, offers, invoices or test reports. Any document needed for reporting and work preparation or simply as general information can be stored in hausmanager 2.0. This makes it easy for you to navigate through the system and have each document at hand when needed.

Invoicing

Our net-haus-material/invoice module provides you with the option to create your own items list for material and labour costs. At a later stage these will help with invoicing. hausmanager 2.0 provides you with the following invoicing options:
